Asian Pepper Steak Recipe

  • 1 pound round steak
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • 1 green pepper , diced
  • 1 cup beef bouillon
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup white rice
  • Chop steak. Place oil, steak and pepper in skillet and brown.
  • Add onions, green peppers, and bouillon. Cover skillet and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add mixture. Cook until thick and serve with rice.
