Lennis's Pimento Cheese Spread Southern Style Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Velveeta, at room temperature
  • 1 jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish juice
Directions
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a mixer.
NOTE: If you like your pimento cheese a little smoother add more miracle whip. This will keep for weeks.
