Baked Chicken Croquettes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 3 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
Directions
Dissolve cube in water. Combine next 3 ingredients, stir in bouillon. Add chicken and soft crumbs. Shape into 6 small croquettes with wet hand. Dip in dry crumbs to coat. Place on ungreased sheet and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
