Italian Marinated Pork Chops Recipe

  • 4 pork chops, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil or Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
In a self-sealing plastic bag, combine marinade ingredients. Add pork chops to bag, seal and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight. Remove chops from marinade and grill directly over medium-hot coals for 12 to 16 minutes, turning once. Pork chops should be cooked to medium doneness of 160°. Thick chops will have a slight blush of pink in the center.
