Forget it Chicken Recipe

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut inch half
  • 4 ounces Dried Beef
  • 8 strips uncooked bacon
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained (small can)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
Butter 9 x 13" baking dish. Layer bottom of pan with dried beef. Roll chicken breast and wrap with bacon; place on top of dried beef. Mix soup, sour cream, and mushrooms together and spoon over meats. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake at 275° for 3 hours. Works in a crock pot as well on low for about 8 hours. Best served with noodles or rice.
