California Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
1 deep dish pie crust shell
3/4 pound mild Italian sausage
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can chopped green chilies (4 ounce can)
Directions
Pre-bake unpricked pie crust on preheated cookie sheet in a 450° oven for 6 minutes. Remove pie crust and reduce oven to 325°. Crumble and brown sausage, drain well. Combine eggs, milk, sausage, cheese and chilies. Turn into partially baked pastry shell. Bake for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes, cut and serve.
