Lemon Garlic Turkey Breast Recipe

  • 8 pounds turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup lemon Juice
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup white wine
Place turkey breast in crock pot. Combine all other ingredients and pour over turkey breast. Cover and cook on low approximately 6 1/2 hours or high 3 1/2 hours. A 9 1/3 lb. turkey breast takes about 7 to 7 1/2 hours on low.
