Chicken Rice Bake 3 Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon up fryer chicken, cleaned and rinsed
  • 1 package Onion soup mix - dry
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
Brown chicken on both sides (opt.). In a 9"x13" pan, add and mix ingredients. Put browned chicken on top. Cover with foil. Bake 350° for one hour or until done.

*If boneless chicken breast is substituted, add frozen, since it cooks much faster than chicken on the bone.
