Pan Fried Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds thin sliced bonelss pork chops
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Combine flour, salt and seasoned pepper in shallow dish. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture. Fry pork chops, in 3 batches, in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minutes on each side or until browned. Drain on paper towels. (If thin-sliced pork chops are not available at your grocery store, ask the meat department to slice a package of 3/4 inch or 1 inch chops in half to make thinner chops).
