Savory Beer Pork Chops Recipe

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick and 4 ounce each)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup Beer
  • 3 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. In large skillet, brown pork in oil on both sides over medium heat. Combine the beer, ketchup and brown sugar in small bowl. Pour over pork chops and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 18-20 minutes or until meat is tender.
