Mexican Casserole 41 Recipe

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lb hamburger
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 12 corn tortillas (soft)
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans (1 lb can)
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel chili tomatoes, diced
Brown hamburger with onion, garlic salt and chili powder. Layer in a 9" X 13" pan: 6 tortillas, hamburger mixture, Ranch Style beans (undrained), Velveeta cheese (grated), 6 more tortillas. Mix cream of mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes; pour over tortillas. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
