Seafood Scampi Recipe

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges (medium)
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 package crab flakes
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 6 ounces cooked fettuccine noodles
Melt margarine in a skillet on medium high heat. Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic 3 minutes. Add remaining scampi ingredients and stir 3 minutes. Add fettuccine, toss and heat thoroughly. I usually serve with garlic bread.
