Lasagna Noodle Italian Bake Recipe

  • 2 pounds italian pork sausage, browned
  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 10 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 24 ounces pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 2 - 16 ounce alfredo sauce
Boil lasagna noodles, until soft. Drain water off of spinach and mix with italian sausage, egg, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, basil, and ricotta cheese. Roll 1/2 C. of filling in lasagna noodles. Pour 2 - 16 oz jars alfredo sauce into deep baking pan. Lay rolls into alfredo sauce. Pour 1 can pizza sauce or marinara sauce over rolls. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
