Juicy Salisbury Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Salad Oil
  • 1 - 10 1/4 ounce can beefy mushroom soup
Directions
Mix all ingredients except oil and the soup. Shape into hamburger patties. In large skillet, cook in oil about 15 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Add the soup with a little water. Simmer, covered, about 5 minutes or until done.
