Tender ground beef patties with a tasty mushroom sauce over the top. Perfect next to mashed potatoes. Its a nice comfort food when the nights cool down.

  • 1 1/2 ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 dry bread crumbs
  • 1 parsley
  • 1 1/2 salt
  • 1/8 pepper
  • 1 Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 milk
  • 3 oil
  • 1 beefy mushroom soup (10 1/4 ounce can)
Mix together ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, egg and milk. Shape into 6 oval patties.

In large skillet, brown patties in oil for about 6 minutes on each side.

Drain off excess fat. Add the soup with a little water. Simmer, covered, about 5 minutes or until done.
