Rosemary and Garlic Pork Loin 2 Recipe

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Mix ingredients together and coat pork tenderloin; marinate a couple hours or overnight.

Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until meat is no longer pink .

Cook Last 10 minutes uncovered so it can create a crust.

Set meat aside to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
