Working Woman's Beef Stroganoff Recipe

  • 2 cups Left over Roast Beef
  • 2 cans Beef Gravy
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package sour cream (small)
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Onion
  • Garlic Salt
  • Salt & Pepper
Cut roast beef into small pieces. Mix gravy, soup, sour cream, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Heat on very low heat; do not boil, stir often until warm. Add roast beef and heat. Serve over buttered extra wide noodles.
