On a lightly floured surface, roll out or stretch dough to a 10x 15 inch rectangle. Lengthwise, down the center of the dough, evenly distribute the remaining ingredients. Fold the edges of the dough over the ingredients to cover and seal completely. Turn the Stromboli over and place on a non-stick baking sheet. Slit the top of the dough three times to allow steam to escape. If desired, brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
