CHICKEN CORN TORTILLA BAKE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 1 can rotel with green chilies
  • 1 onion chopped (medium)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 12 corn tortillas cut into strips (6 inch )
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients and stir well. Place half tortilla strips in lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish and top with half chicken mixture and half cheese. Repeat with tortilla strips and chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350° for 35 mins. Top with remaining cheese and melt.
