Pork Chop Gumbo Recipe

  • 4 pork chops
  • prepared mustard
  • flour
  • 1 - 2 small cans gumbo soup
  • vegetable oil
Pour cooking oil into pan and heat.

Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops and dust with flour.

Place pork chops in skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Preheat oven to 375°. Place pork chops in oven safe dish and our gumbo soup over pork chops. Cover with foil and cook 30-40 minutes or until done.
