Leftovers Goulash Recipe

  • 3 slices bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 chopped bell pepper (small)
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can pork & beans
  • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini (optional)
  • 1/4 cup bar-be-que sauce (optional)
Cook bacon,hamburger, onion and bell pepper in skillet. Drain well. Mix together rest of ingredients and put in crock pot. Stir in meat mixture and cook on low all day. This makes a lot. Can also be cooked covered in oven for 1-2 hours at 300°.
