Leftovers Goulash Recipe

  • 3 slices bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can pork & beans
  • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini (optional)
  • 1/4 cup barbeque sauce (optional)
Cook bacon, ground beef, onion and bell pepper in skillet; drain well.

Mix together rest of ingredients and put in crock pot. Stir in meat mixture and cook on low all day.

NOTE: This can also be cooked covered in oven for 1-2 hours at 300°.
