Ingredients
1 onion, sliced into thick rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1 beef round steak (2 lbs cut into 8 pieces
all-purpose flour
salt
black pepper
1 can whole tomatoes, undrained (28 ounce can)
1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted (10 3/4 ounce can)
3 potatoes, unpeeled and diced (medium)
1 package frozen peas and carrots (16 ounce pkg)
1 cup sliced celery
Directions
Place onion and garlic in crock pot. Dredge steak in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Shake off excess flour. Place steak in crock pot. Add tomatoes with juice. Cover with tomato soup. Add potatoes, peas, carrots and celery. Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender.
