Slow Cooker Roast Recipe

  • 2 pounds roast
  • 10 potatoes
  • 8 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 package onion gravy
  • 1/4 cup water
Cut up roast and brown. Put browned meat in slow cooker on medium and add water. Peel and cut up potatoes, carrots, and onion and add on top of meat. Prepare onion gravy according to directions on pkg. and pour over vegetables. Increase temperature to high, cover and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. Serve with homemade bread.
