Omelet De Pineapple Recipe

  • 1 1/2 ounces butter, melted
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 4 tablespoons canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 strips crisply fried bacon
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cubed
Heat omelet pan until slight vapor appears. Pour in melted butter. When butter stops bubbling, add eggs and shake pan rapidly in a circular motion. When omelet is set, slide onto heated plate and spoon pineapple in the center. Add bacon and cream cheese and fold omelet in half. Makes one omelet.
