Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion (diced)
1 can enchilada sauce (10 ounce can)
1 can refried beans
1 package frito corn chips (large pkg)
1 pound longhorn cheese (grated)
1 can diced green chilies
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions, drain. Pour enchilada sauce over and simmer for 10 minutes. Spread fritos over bottom of casserole; spoon beans over top, chilies next, and then meat mixture. Cover with cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with chopped lettuce and sour cream and salsa.
