Baked Chicken and Vegetable Casserole Recipe

  • 1 pound frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 2 pounds cooked & cut up boneless chicken or turkey
  • 1 box Stove Top dressing mix
Preheat oven 350°. Spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside. Mix together the mixed vegetables, chopped onion, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, and cut up chicken or turkey. Poor into prepared casserole dish. Prepare Stove Top dressing according to pkg. directions and spread on top of casserole. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
