Beef Roast 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package Onion Soup Mix
  • salt & pepper
Directions
Place roast on large piece of foil in pan. Season with salt & pepper. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top, then cream of mushroom soup. Seal tightly. Use low heat (325°) and bake for about 4 hours.
