Chili 21 Recipe

  • 5 pounds hamburger
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Water
  • 1 can tomato paste
Add all ingredients into kettle. Add a little water while stirring up. Simmer for 3 hours. Add 1 can tomato paste (to hold meat together).
