Roast Turkey Breast Recipe

Tender and juicy turkey breast that is seasoned to perfection. So easy to mix up and perfect for every bite. This is great for turkey sandwiches.

  • 1 whole turkey breast on the bone (7 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons onion salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dried sage

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat large roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Rinse turkey breast under cold water; pat dry.

In a small bowl, blend all spice ingredients.

Rub on all sides with lemon juice and oil. Rub 2 1/2 Tablespoons of spice mixture on turkey, including under the skin. Save remaining spice rub for next time.

Roast directly in pan for about 2 hours or until internal temperature registers 170° F on an instant-read thermometer.

Let stand for 10-15 minutes in a warm place.
