CHICKEN STRIPS WITH RICE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions
In bottom of 9x13" pan, sprinkle uncooked rice, Top with chicken strips and sprinkle with dry seasoning mix. Add milk and water to pan. Drizzle melted margarine over casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
