OVEN BEEF ROAST Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds beef roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
Directions
Put roast in pan. Combine soup and water and pour over roast. Sprinkle soup mix over and cover tightly. Bake in a 300° oven 3-4 hours without peeking. Makes its own gravy.
