Warm Broccoli and Cheddar Dip Recipe

  • 1 packet Lipton Vegetable dry soup mix
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli or spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (10 oz pkg)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
In 1 quart casserole dish combine the dry vegetable soup.

Mix with sour cream, broccoli and 3/4 cup shredded cheese until smooth.

Top with remaining shredded cheese.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This recipe makes about 3 cups dip.
