Hash Brown Casserole 8 Recipe

  • 2 sausage
  • 2 shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cream of Chicken Soup (10 3/4 ounce Can)
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1 french onion dip (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chopped green pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 frozen hash brown potatoes thawed (30 ounce pkg)
Cook the sausage until browned. Drain well. In a large mixing bowl combine the cheese, soup, sour cream, French onion dip, chopped onion, peppers, salt, and pepper. Fold in the potatoes and drained sausage. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour or until casserole is browned and bubbly.
