Turkey Pot Pie 2 Recipe

  • 2 deep dish pie crusts, frozen
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 envelope turkey or chicken gravy mix (.87 ounce envelope)
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed turkey (or chicken)
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1) In medium bowl, combine evaporated milk, gravy mix, turkey, vegetables, and thyme.

2) Pour into one frozen pie crust.

3) Break or crumble remaining frozen pie crust into very small pieces. Toss with shredded cheese. Sprinkle over top of pie.

4) Bake in a preheated 400° oven on a preheated baking sheet 35 - 40 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
