Beef Porcupines 2 Recipe

  • 1 Ground Beef
  • 1 beef flavored Rice-A-Roni
  • 1 egg
  • oil
  • 2 1/2 water
  • 1 cornstarch, optional
Combine rice and vermicelli with ground beef and beaten egg. Shape into small meatballs (about 20). Put a little oil in the bottom of a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Combine contents of flavor packet with water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Thicken gravy with cornstarch if desired.
