Quick Sunday Lunch Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops (or 1 fryer or chicken breast)
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Place rice in large casserole dish. Add salt, pepper and 1/2 soup mix. Place meat on top of rice. Add remaining soup mix. Cover with water and bake 350° for 1 hour.
