Alpine Goulash (Slow Cooker Low) Recipe

  • 2 1/2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 3 cups Chopped Onions
  • 1 clove Garlic-Minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Coat Meat in Flour, Salt, Pepper, and Paprika. Brown in Oil. Add onions, garlic, tomato sauce, brown sugar, paprika, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cook slowly for 2-1/2 hours. Stir Often! Serve over Egg Noodles.
