Sausage, Onion and Pepper Joes Recipe

  • 2 pounds Jimmy Dean Sausage
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce can)
  • 1 onion (large)
  • 1 green pepper
  • Olive Oil
Drizzle pan with the olive oil. Cook sausage. Add tomato paste, chicken broth,onion, pepper, garlic, slat and pepper, and pour vinegar around pan twice. Cook to a sloppy joe texture. Toast a roll or nice bread and pile up the sausage mixture. Eat with a fork or like sloppy joe. You may sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
