Ham stroganoff Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound ham, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained (4 ounce can)
  • 1 can mushroom soup (10.5 ounce can)
  • 1 cup sour cream
Melt butter in frying pan, sauté ham and onion for 4 minutes. Stir in soup, mushrooms, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Blend in sour cream, and heat through. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
