Bourbon Glazed Salmon Recipe

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 8 each salmon fillets - 1 inch thick (6 ounce each)
Combine first eight ingredients. Marinate fish 30 minutes each side. Cook on grill.
