Salmon Croquettes 4 Recipe

  • 1 can pink salmon, drained and deboned (large can)
  • 1 - 8 ounce carton of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 slices finely crumbled bread (I like to use the heels of bread)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup yellow corn meal or more if needed
Whisk eggs until frothy. Add rest of ingredients and using a spoonful of mixture, spoon into hot grease. Cook until medium brown, turning as needed.
