Jalapeno Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese (more if you like) (4 ounce pkg)
  • 1 carrot shredded (more if you like) (medium)
  • 1 can jalapeno peppers, chopped fine (4 ounce can)
  • 1 package soft tortillas
Directions
Mix all ingredients except tortillas thoroughly. Spread evenly on each tortilla. Roll from one side of the tortilla towards the other side of the tortilla. Cut into 1 to 2 inch segments.
