  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic and oregano
  • 1 can white beans (Great Northern or Navy)
  • 1 package fresh spinach
  • 6 cups cooked linguine

Spoon tomato/beans/spinach mixture over linguine and sprinkle with cheeses.

This makes 6 servings of 1 C. of pasta, 1 C. of sauce and 1 T. of cheese. Also good with chicken and/or shrimp.
