Baked Fish 2 Recipe

  • 1 pound flounder or other white fish
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 cup gluten free bread crumbs
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Mix mayonnaise, water, and lemon juice/peel. In a separate pan, mix bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic salt. Dip fish in mayonnaise sauce, then coat with breadcrumb mixture. Bake at 400° for 20 - 25 minutes.
