Hamburger Potatoes Casserole Recipe

  • 6 potatoes (large)
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Brown hamburger; add soup, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, butter and flour and heat to boiling. Layer sliced potatoes then a layer of mixture. Repeat layers. Top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for one hour.
