Pork Chops & Dressing Recipe

  • 6 thick cut pork chops
  • 1/2 loaf bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, scalded
  • salt & pepper
Line bottom of greased casserole dish with the pork chops. Mix bread crumbs, eggs, onion and celery together with salt and pepper added. Pour scalded milk over the ingredients and mix well. Pour this mixture evenly over the pork chops. Cover and place in oven at 350° for an hour. Uncover and let the dressing brown for the last 5 or 10 minutes.
