Chicken Casserole 34 Recipe

  • 1 3/4 pounds chicken
  • 1 package egg noodles (1/2 lb pkg)
  • 1 cup Broth
  • 1 tablespoon finely cut pimento
  • 1 cup celery, cut up
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt or 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can peas or carrots
Cook chicken until tender. Remove meat from bones into small pieces. Cook egg noodles according to directions on package. Mix with chicken and broth. Add pimento, celery, onion, mushroom soup, salt and pepper, and can of peas or carrots. Put into greased casserole and heat in 350° oven about 1/2 hour.
