SALSA CHICKEN 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 6 ounces sour cream
Directions
In the morning put chicken in a crock pot and cover with salsa. Cook on low all day. An hour before serving shred chicken and add sour crem. I don't add the sour cream to save on calories and find it tastes just fine. Serve on soft-shell tortillas. Add toppings of your choice.
