SWISS STEAK 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds Swiss steak 1 1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes (16 ounce can)
  • 1/4 cup red cooking wine
  • 1/4 cup celery diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Drudge meat in flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Melt butter and brown meat in it. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook covered at 300 for 4 hours.
