Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained (4 ounce can)
Directions
Combine chicken and soup in slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.

Just before serving, stir in sour cream and mushrooms. Serve over noodles, if desired.
