VEGETABLE MEATLOAF Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 3 eggs (medium)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 potato, (3/4 cup) (medium)
  • 1 carrot, (1/2 cup) (medium)
Directions
Scrub all vegetables well. Grate or chop all the vegetables very fine.

Combine meat, eggs and seasonings; then add grated raw vegetables until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Mold into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 8 people.
